Our furniture are a combination of new end of line, clearance stock, ex display and factory seconds. Please bear in mind some items may have minor wear and tear from previous warehouse handling. This is why we are offering huge discounts on these furniture.


Our delivery is standard to ground floor rooms. If there is any long paths, difficult access or stairs/flats then please reach out before making an order

Please expect delivery within 10 days to account for any unexpected delays within the courier service, as we use third party couriers and we cannot control their scheduling. However our delivery is usually really fast and there are cases where we can deliver same day or next day.
