Refund policy

After Delivery: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged

To start a return, you must notify us at info@theonestopsofashop.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your new items. If your return is accepted, we can then arrange an appointment for your returned items. You are liable to arrange the return of the items to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Before Delivery: 

In the unlikely event you decide you no longer want your items you have ordered. Please get in touch with our team within 24 hours of placing the order and we will issue a full refund (minus any fees incurred). After 24 hours your order will begin the fulfilment process. Exceeding the 24 hour time period would result in a 10% cancellation fee on the entire order plus a delivery fee (if delivery arrangements were made). Additionally, if you decide you no longer want the item/s once delivered for any reason (such as a change of colour, measurements etc). Then you would have to make a new order and a refund would be issued for the current order minus 15% re-stocking fee and the delivery fee.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as bespoke furniture). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (online or in-store).

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus a 15% re-stocking fee and a £50 delivery fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

High Street Branded Sofas: 

Our high street branded sofa selection is offered on a sold as seen basis and we advice that you view before making a purchase. Unfortunately, being the nature of a ex display/customer returns product we can not except returns on our high street branded sofa selection after they have been delivered. We may offer to trade for another, please get in touch with us if you happen to be in this situation. In the unlikely event the items you have bought do not fit into your home and you would like to choose another from our collection. Then an exchange would be accepted with the difference plus a re-stocking fee of 15% and the delivery fee
